S&A Multiconstruct is a company that combines many years of experience, innovative technologies and an impeccable reputation in the construction industry. We specialise in the creation of reliable and durable infrastructure facilities that shape cities, improve logistics and contribute to the development of society.

Our path
Our history began in 2003 with the foundation of a construction company in Kyiv, which was engaged in general construction works. Over time, we expanded our activities to focus on the construction of local and national roads.
For two decades, we have been involved in Ukraine’s landmark infrastructure projects, such as:
  • Restoration of the infrastructure in the western regions of Ukraine after the 2008 floods.
  • Construction of strategic roads of national importance, including the Kyiv-Chop motorway in preparation for Euro 2012.
  • Construction of the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi bridge crossing in Kyiv, one of the country’s largest infrastructure projects.

In 2022, as a result of military events, the company expanded its operations in Europe. S&A Multiconstruct was founded in Belgium, where we continued to implement our experience and professional approach in cooperation with European partners.

Greetings, dear partners and colleagues!

My name is Khechybabian Armen, and I would like to share with you the history of our company.

Construction is more than just a profession. It is a life’s work that requires perseverance, responsibility and continuous development. My journey in this field began back in 2003 when I founded my first construction company, Monolith Group, in Kyiv.

Every year we expanded our horizons. From the first general construction projects, we moved on to large-scale road projects that have become an important part of Ukraine’s transport infrastructure. I am proud that our company has contributed to the development of the country, in particular to such landmark projects as the Kyiv-Chop motorway and the Podilsko-Voskresenskyi Bridge.

In 2022, I had to take on a new challenge – to start operating in Europe. This is how S&A Multiconstruct was born in Belgium. In a short time, we were able to establish cooperation with Stadsbader, Vanhout, Basix and other well-known companies. This proves that quality, professionalism and responsibility are values that are recognised in any country.

We do not just build roads and facilities – we create infrastructure that changes the world for the better. I invite everyone who shares our principles and wants to develop the construction industry with us to cooperate.
